Do you need the internet to view the QR memorial?
Yes, you need an internet connection to view the memorial page. The QR code contains a link to an online page with information.
How long is the information stored?
Access to the memorial page is provided for the entire duration of the service. We use modern cloud storage with multiple backups, which guarantees data safety for decades.
Can information be changed after creation?
Yes, you fill in and edit the memorial page yourself from your personal account: «My Memorials» → «Edit». You can add photos, biography, videos and audio at any time. If you need help with the content, contact our manager — the contacts are in the site footer.
What exactly do I receive after payment?
The service is digital. After payment, a new memorial page is automatically created in your personal account, which you fill in from the «My Memorials» section. Separately, you receive an electronic file with the QR code that can be downloaded from your account and used as you see fit — for example, printed, applied to a sticker or a plate. Printing and physical placement of the QR code is done by the Customer: we do not manufacture or ship any physical items.
Do I need to install the app?
No, you don't need to. Modern smartphones can read QR codes with a standard camera. Just point the camera at the code and follow the link.
What is a digital QR memorial?
It is a personal online remembrance page for a person, accessible via a QR code. You can add photos, a biography, audio and other memories to it. The QR code can be printed and placed, for example, on a plate or a sticker, so relatives and visitors can open the page from a smartphone.
How do I create a memorial page?
Register on the site and place an order. After a successful payment, a new memorial page automatically appears in your personal account in the «My Memorials» section. Then you fill it in yourself: add the name, dates, photos, biography and other details.
Can I create several memorials in one account?
Yes. Each paid order creates a separate memorial page, so you can have several memorials in one account. All of them are available to manage in the «My Memorials» section.
How do I download the QR code for printing?
In the «My Memorials» section, next to the memorial you need, there is a QR-code download action. You receive an electronic file that can be printed or handed to a craftsman to apply to a plate or sticker. We do not manufacture physical items.
In which languages is the memorial page available?
The site interface is available in Ukrainian, Russian and English. You can fill in the memorial text fields (name, biography, etc.) in several languages, and the visitor will see the page in the language they choose on the site.
Can I hide the memorial from outsiders?
Yes. In the memorial settings in your account you control its visibility: if you disable it, the public page becomes unavailable. You can re-enable it at any time.
What payment methods are available and is it safe?
Payment is made online via the LiqPay payment service (by PrivatBank). Card details are entered on the secured side of the payment system — we do not store your card details. The memorial is created automatically only after a successful payment is confirmed.
