This Privacy Policy describes how the Memory QR project (hereinafter — "We" or the "Service") collects, uses, and protects your information when using our website and ordering services for the creation of digital memorials.

 We collect only the data necessary to provide our services and communicate with you.

  • Customer Information: First name, last name, phone number, email address, and your requests in the "Comment" field.
  • Memorial Information: Data about the deceased person (full name, dates of life, biography, photos/videos) that you provide voluntarily to create a memorial page.
  • Technical Data: IP address, browser type, and cookies collected automatically to ensure the proper functioning of the website on the hosting server.

2. Purpose of Data Processing

 Your data is used exclusively for:

  • Processing the order for the creation of a QR memorial.
  • Communicating with you (via email or phone) to clarify order details.
  • Storing and displaying the memorial page at your request.

3. Storage and Security

  • Storage Location: Data is stored in a database on a secure server within Ukrainian hosting.
  • Retention Period: We store information for the entire duration of the service's operation to ensure continuous access to memorial pages.
  • Access: Only authorized service administrators have access to your data and memorial information for technical support and order fulfillment.

4. Responsibility and Public Access

  • User Content: The customer bears full responsibility for the accuracy and legality of the information provided (texts, photos, videos) about the deceased person.
  • Page Privacy: Memorial pages are hidden from search engine indexing (Google, Bing, etc.). Access is granted only via a direct link or through a physical QR code.
  • Editing: The customer has the right to request changes or deletion of data. In the future, this will be available through a personal account.

5. Disclosure to Third Parties

We do not sell or transfer your personal data to third-party companies. The only exception is compliance with the requirements of Ukrainian legislation.

6. Use of Cookies

Our website uses technical cookies that are necessary for its stable and secure operation. These files do not collect personal information and are automatically deleted after the browser is closed.
